We provide the finest grilled meats for all of your catering needs. Our unique portable grills allow us to prepare small or large quantities of grilled foods to easily accommodate a small gathering of 30 or a corporate event in excess of 30,000 people.
Because we are a mobile caterer, we are not limited to just wedding receptions, open houses or small parties and gatherings but also specialize in large functions, such as corporate events, company picnics, fund raisers, grand openings, retirement ceremonies, Christmas parties and customer or employee appreciations.
Roy-el Catering is a full service caterer offering a variety of services and a vast array of menu's to meet your specific needs including interactive games to entertain your guest. While other caterers may not be able to provide grilled or BBQ meats during the winter, our enclosed grill allows us to operate on a year round basis. Themed Parties
A themed party is a great way to make an ordinary party extraordinary! You can choose one of our popular event themes or you can come up with your own unique theme and let Roy-el help you make it happen.
Our three most popular themes are the Country Western, All American and the Luau's featuring a whole hog on a spit.
The fun doesn't end there, be sure to check out our interactive games that can be used in conjunction with your party or picnic. Luau
Few of us get the chance to actually make it to the "islands", so Roy-el will bring the best of the islands to you! You can impress your guest by having a whole roasted pig displayed on site and then have one of our chefs carve it for you. Decorations include cabana's with raffia and tropical floral vines intertwined with it. You can really bring your luau to life by adding hula dancers, and a limbo contest to your event. Country and Western
Barbecue is the perfect food for your event and Roy-el knows how to grill! Whether it's hot dogs and hamburgers or our mouth watering chicken, pork steaks or ribs, your guests will love watching our grill masters prepare their food right there on site. Our unique, stainless steel rotisserie grill is just one of the things that helps to set Roy-el Catering apart from the rest.
All American
Whether your hosting a patriotic event or just paying tribute to your own "All American", you can't go wrong with this theme. This theme is often used when catering a sporting event, but can also be used for holidays such as Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day.

Interactive Games
Interactive Games are a great icebreaker for any party. They also offer entertainment for not only the children, but the adults as well.
Roy-el is pleased to offer several options to highlight your function including; soda trailers, snow cones, cotton candy, funnel cakes, nacho's, corn dogs and popcorn, as well as ice cream and other novelties. In addition to these, we can also provide clowns, face painting, a duck pond, magic shows, and pony rides. Our organized games and sporting events are a great idea if your looking for interaction between your guest. Some popular games are washers, volleyball, softball, hoop shots, and miniature golf.
At Roy-el Catering we do not limit ourselves to just a few themed events. The holidays deserve special attention as well. This beautiful centerpiece was used in our Mardi Gras theme, complete with the traditional King Cake and decorated in the purple, green and gold colors..
